Currently there is no way to fix this glitch, but there are three workarounds:ġ.) Backup your save prior to completing the 20th mission "Mordor in Flames. This doesn't make it impossible to obtain any of the trophies, but it does make the Warchief and Captain related trophies rather more time consuming to get. Glitch Warning: After beating the game, a small percentage of people are experiencing a glitch that causes the Sauron's Army menu to become inaccessible. Trying to complete the Legends without a lot of the latter skills makes them exponentially more difficult than they need to be. You will not only have more abilities at your disposal when you try them, but more experience and knowledge about the combat system as a whole. If you are looking to complete as much as effortlessly and quickly as possible, save the Legends missions for last. The Legends missions on the other hand can be more time consuming and challenging, especially if you try for a bonus. Neither requires very much effort and in the case of the Outcasts most can be done in one-to-two minutes time, if you rush through it without completing the bonus objectives. In order to save time for the platinum it is best to acquire all collectibles whenever you are in the vicinity of them, as well as completing any Outcast Rescue Mission. In fact, the main story is easier in most ways than several of the side missions save for one part requiring you to brand all 5 warchiefs. Since the game allows you to roam freely after the main story has been completed, there is no real rush or requirement to unlock 100% of the trophies before concluding the story. The only thing preventing progression in regards to side missions are the required skills unlocked through playing the main story, and the second area (Nurn) as well. Due to the game's sandbox design, you are free to roam anywhere within the map you are on without restrictions or invisible walls of any kind. The main story can be completed in as little as 5 to 7 hours, but will take about 10-15 on average. The game consists of 20 main story missions, 30 combat oriented side missions, 74 collectibles (all of which are thankfully visible on the world map), and 24 rescue missions. You will gain many new abilities along the way which will help you achieve just that, as well as the tools needed to enjoy the Mordor sandbox to the fullest. The main goal is simple: Become stronger by completing missions and discovering treasures in order to kill The Black Hand and his followers. The gameplay itself consists of primarily third person hack and slash combat, with a spattering of stealth gameplay, mounted combat, and even some semi-first person shooting elements with a bow and arrow. Along the way Talion will assist various other humans he comes across but his main goal is retribution. The majority of the game consists of destroying the leadership that makes up Sauron’s army in an attempt to eventually reach the masterminds behind his own undoing. Along the way he is aided by a mysterious Wraith that grants him immense power. Sadly, a great tragedy befalls him and he is cursed by the minions of Sauron, forcing him to seek out revenge. The game places you in control of Talion, a Gondorian Ranger tasked with guarding The Black Gate.
